Q. Do you have to have A-1 credit in order to lease a vehicle? A. Most leasing companies require good credit, but there's only one way to find out:-). Some may require more cash down for those with spotty credit. There are also leasing companies who cater to those without perfect credit, and the dealer will use them if necessary. The trade off is of course higher rates.
